THE ACTIVE BALLOT CLUB  (ABC)

The Active Ballot Club (ABC) is a voluntary, non-partisan political arm of the UFCW.  As a member of the ABC Club, you can help make our voice stronger in the political decision making process.

The funds raised by the ABC are used to elect labor friendly candidates.  For a minimum of 25 cents a week, you can help elect candidates who support your right to organize and to collectively bargain.  You can help elect candidates who will fight for living wages and quality health care.  You can help elect candidates who support working men and women.

LABOR CLUBS     Back to top

In many of the areas that our members reside are political labor clubs that are active in local politics.  These clubs are involved in interviewing, endorsing and supporting candidates in races from Fire Board and School Boards to Missouri State Representative and State Senate races.  Most clubs meet once a month.  For more information on how to become involved with the Labor Club in your area, check the directory below or contact your Union Representative.
